I have been a fan of cold therapy for many years. Although I do not like to get cold. Treatments in a cryocabin constitute a completely different feeling of coldness. It may sound paradoxically, but -120 degrees Celsius can actually provide joy. It happens probably due to the release of endorphins or happiness hormones under the influence of low temperature.
